alright. the challenge begins MONDAY APR 10th and goes on for 3 weeks!
CHART
*the chart is easy to understand. all you have to do is put in your calorie allowance, intake, water allowance, water intake, mini-challenge points, exercise points, and the total!
POINTS
*points are simple also. CALORIES: +5 for going under, +3 if you followed it, and +1 if you went over. WATER: +5 if you had more than amount, +3 if you followed it, and +1 if you had less than amount. MINI-CHALLENGES ARE ONE POINT.
INTAKE
*beginner: multiply your weight by 11. thats how many cals to take in each day *intermediate: multiply your weight by 11. then subtract 500 from it. *advanced: multiply your weight by 11. then subtract 1000 from it.
water: divide weight by 2. this is how many ounces each day
FREE DAY
*feel like you screwed up your intake/exercise for the day? pretend the day never happened! for the entire day, give yourself 15 points. *do not add this 15 points to the additional points you earned, like exercise/water intake. you simply get 15 points for the day* I WILL ONLY ALLOW ONE OF THESE PER WEEK
WEIGH-INS EVERY SUNDAY
*every sunday you will go to www.xanga.com/summerbeauty_weighIN where you will be given info to post as a comment. you will post your age, current weight, TEAM NAME and TOTAL POINTS FOR THE WEEK. you will receive an extra point if you lose 1 pound. if you gain, dont worry about it. no points will be deducted
MINI-CHALLENGES
*every day there will be a mini-challenge. some will be "dont eat fast food for a whole week and receive 50 points for the next weigh-in" and others will be "think of a good excuse to not eat and receive 20 points".. things like that. if you did the mini-challenge, you will receive the extra point!
